Different spellings of English words

It's kind of strange how most of us speak English, but we spell the words differently. Here's a list of some of the words that people spell differently. American : British Color : Colour Pajama : Pyjama Favorite : Favourite Rumor : Rumour Honor : Honour Analyze : Analyse Check : Cheque Criticize : Criticise Center : Centre Theater : Theatre Medieval : Mediaeval Defense : Defence License : Licence You can see the rest of them here. I used to spell everything the British way because my grandfather studied at an English university, and he was the one who taught me how to spell. I recently "converted" to the American way of spelling things after my English teacher marked the words in my essay as "spelled incorrectly". So, which way do you spell?
