I've had many people IM me, but I only respond to a majority of them. Here are some reasons why I won't talk to you over IM. Inspired by Han's
Why I won't comment on your blog.

1. You're just annoying. I get annoyed pretty easily, so keep that in mind when you're talking to me. I'd rather not hear about your life, as I could be doing something better with my time. In my book, you're annoying if you're immature. It also irritates me when people use acronyms frequently. I'm slow when it comes to acronyms, so please stick to well-known ones like, 'LOL' or something like that. Please don't think it's cool to make up your own acronyms because it's not, for example: LOTSC (Like omg, that's so cool).
2. You have no respect for proper spelling/grammar. Typing lyke diz maks meh annyed!!!!! typing like this also makes me annoyed as well. the shift key is there for a reason, use it. It only takes about a few seconds more to type with proper spelling and grammar. I've had people 'TALK TO ME LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!' There is no need to abuse the exclamation point when IMing me someone. Also, when you're asking a question, don't do this: 'HUH?????' or 'HUH?!?!?!?!?!'. It'll only irritate me more.
3. You criticize my website without offering any suggestions. I'm all for constructive criticism, but when you start running your mouth off about how 'ugly the layout is' then I draw the line. If you're going to tell me how ugly the layout is, then at least give me some suggestions. I've also had some people tell me to blog more; if you want me to blog more, then why not suggest some topics instead of just lecturing me to blog more?
4. I just don't like you. It's just as simple as that.
So please take these 'rules' into consideration before IMing me, or don't IM me at all.
